Adenyke Israel-Bolarinwa is the Executive Director of EPR Global, a faith-based social enterprise dedicated to accelerating the spiritual, personal, and professional development of women and girls of African descent. For more than 25 years, she has worked at the intersection of leadership, governance, faith, and social impact, equipping women to lead with wisdom, integrity, competence, and influence across business, government, civil society, and ministry.

As the visionary behind EPR Global’s leadership initiatives, Adenyke has led the design and delivery of programmes that have equipped thousands of women across Africa and the diaspora to discover their purpose, strengthen their leadership capacity, and become catalysts for transformation within their organisations, communities, and nations. Her work focuses on raising leaders who move beyond personal success to building institutions, shaping culture, influencing policy, mobilising communities, and delivering practical solutions to society’s most pressing challenges.

Working alongside public, private, faith, and community stakeholders, she champions collaborative leadership that brings together diverse voices to create sustainable change. Through strategic partnerships, leadership development, digital innovation, and cross-sector engagement, she continues to expand EPR Global’s reach and impact across three continents while inspiring a new generation of women to serve with courage, excellence, and conviction.

In addition to her executive role at EPR Global, Adenyke is a governance, risk and compliance professional, consultant, relationship strategist and coach, international speaker, trainer, and author. Drawing on senior leadership experience across corporate, consulting, and ministry environments, she is passionate about helping leaders navigate complexity, steward influence responsibly, strengthen institutions, and lead with character, wisdom, and lasting impact. 

As a faculty facilitator for the Walking in the Corridors of Power Leadership Program, Adenyke brings a unique perspective on purpose-driven leadership, influence, institutional transformation, and preparing women to serve effectively in positions of responsibility, wherever God calls them to lead.

Opeyemi is an active citizen, advocate and connector.

From 2011 to 2025, she served as the Pioneer Executive Director of Enough is Enough (EiE) Nigeria, a non-partisan network of individuals and organisations committed to building a culture of good governance & public accountability in Nigeria through active citizenship. She is a co-Founder of the organisation and continues to serve on the Board.

Under her leadership, EiE led or participated in the most significant protests in Nigeria in the last 15 years: #OccupyNigeria, #OpenNASS, #BringBackOurGirls, #OneVoice, #EndSARS, and #EndBadGovernance. Its flagship  #RSVP: Register to vote | Select credible candidates | Vote not fight | Protect your vote Campaign, which promotes voter education and participation, is Nigeria’s longest-running get-out-the-vote campaign. With the “Select” component, EiE has hosted / co-hosted the most debates of different formats in Nigeria, pioneering multi-lingual and multi-channel debates.

To mark its 5th anniversary in 2015, EiE started the ‘Office of the Citizen’ Campaign, focused on teaching citizens their rights & responsibilities as they occupy the highest office in the land. 

Opeyemi volunteers for Kaleyewa House, an NGO founded by her late mother, focused on the elderly. In 2018, she was named as one of the Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD), endorsed by the United Nations in the Humanitarian & Religious category. In May 2022, she won the Global Citizen Prize.

Opeyemi grew up on the campus of the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) but started her university education at the University of Lagos. She has a first degree in Mathematics & Economics from the University of Virginia; an MSc in Development Studies from The London School of Economics (LSE), and an MBA from Oxford University’s Said Business School. 

Hon. Simisola Fajemirokun-Ajayi is a politician, governance expert, and public policy executive with extensive experience driving institutional reform, economic transformation, and strategic government delivery across Nigeria and West Africa. She has advised senior government leaders, regional institutions, multilateral organisations, and private sector executives on governance and public policy.

She serves as Senior Special Adviser on Strategy, Investments and Partnerships at Nigeria’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she leads initiatives that align foreign policy with national economic priorities. She also heads the Minister’s Delivery Unit, driving institutional reforms, performance management, and diplomatic effectiveness.

Previously, she served as Executive Secretary of the West Africa Economic Summit (WAES), leading one of the region’s foremost platforms for trade, investment, and regional integration. She also led the National Situation Room for the Presidential Campaign Council, overseeing strategic coordination and nationwide political operations.

Hon. Fajemirokun-Ajayi is also a Senior Partner at Acropolis Consulting and a recognised thought leader on governance, economic development, and public sector reform. She has contributed to global policy discussions through platforms including the World Economic Forum, African Union, UNCTAD, and the Nigerian Governors’ Forum.

Ayobami Akinyode Olunloyo is a leadership strategist, corporate executive, entrepreneur, and ordained minister with over two decades of experience leading organisational transformation, business strategy, communications, and executive leadership across the corporate, public, and faith sectors. A gifted communicator and facilitator, he is widely recognised for translating complex leadership and governance concepts into practical, engaging, and actionable insights.

A Cambridge MBA graduate with Distinction and recipient of multiple academic and leadership awards, Ayobami currently serves as Group Director of Communications & Strategic Investor Relations at Caverton Offshore Support Group, Chief Business Development Officer at Centaur Tech, and sits on several corporate and non-profit boards. His career spans engineering, operations, business development, media, and executive leadership, giving him a rare multidisciplinary perspective on building high-performing organisations and leading through complexity.  

Passionate about Africa’s future, leadership development, and national transformation, Ayobami is deeply committed to raising principled leaders who shape institutions and society. His expertise in leadership, organisational culture, strategy execution, governance, and public communication, combined with his extensive experience mentoring leaders and facilitating high-level conversations, makes him exceptionally well suited to serve as a faculty facilitator for the Walking in the Corridors of Power Leadership Institute, where he will equip women to lead with wisdom, influence, and excellence.
